| We have now arrested Dominic Carusi for the murder of Julietta Winston in 1997. Dominic was desperate for money so he could finally get married to Navia Tatum. He knew Julietta Winston's lotto numbers because she played them so much as stated in his police interrogation report. Once he seen that they actually came in, this was his chance. He left his work during his break and went right to her apartment where he murdered her and claimed the ticket. He then gave the ticket to his girl friend Navia. |
Clues of the case:On the door code letterhead you can see when Dominic used his standard cut metal key to come in the back entrance and not be seen.

| - The main news paper article shows the winning lotto numbers. These numbers are a reflection of Julietta's previous living address. And this paper also shows the Five Million Dollar Jackpot Navia Tatum claimed on this date after Dominic gave her the winning ticket. |

| - The subpoena news paper has an article on the back side (4a) revealing that she had won that lotto on the night of December 19th 1997. The subpoena emails reveal that Navia was in association with Dominic. |
| - Dominic's key chain with school logo was found at the crime scene. In his emails you see the reunion offered the key-chains as a free gift. This is what placed him inside her apartment. |

Which other person provided crucial evidence against the suspect? Navia Tatum. Her emails were clues to convicting Dominic. She revealed the lotto numbers in her emails. She was also in the article on the backside of the subpoena newspaper that revealed her name and that she won the five million jackpot on that same date as the murder. |
| Dominic's motive was financial gain. His many mentions of not having much money and his desire to obtain some so he could get married to Navia. Navia also brought the mention of bad financial into the story. |

Other Case Facts:This postcard helped prove the Alibi for Johnny Bardove. The small print in the corner shows that you would have to be present to buy the blue drinking bracelet he had. And he would have been too far away for his time line to match.
Claire Winston:The parking ticket places Claire Winston at the same bar as Johnny. She was a person of the stalking nature.
Gianna Hayden:Her Alibi was actually being at this movie. If you research the length of the Titanic movie it is over 3 hours. She mentions the ending of the movie so she in fact stayed until the end. Using the map for her location and distance to the crime scene eliminates her.

Crime Scene:
On the top left is Julietta's Numbers. The brush is from Hillary Beauty Supply which is where Gianna Hayden works. But this does not prove she was at the crime scene. It is just a brush Julietta purchased from the same company. And of course the key chain that belong to Dominic.
